Yay! My first blog post! And what a beautiful wedding to start it off with...
When my beautiful friend Mandy turned to me one day in work and excitedly squeeked that she had found the man of her dreams, her Josh, I could not have been happier. And they could not be more perfect for one another.
Their wedding day was exactly as I expected it would be - laid back (so laid back in fact that Mandy was doing the dishes in her wedding dress before we left for the church!) and so so so full of love and happiness. Mandy's daughter Angelina helped her to get ready in the morning and the three of us made our way to the ceremony, on a double decker bus, before they both skipped down the aisle together.
Their reception was held at Ye Olde King's Head in Chester; they filled the room with fairy lights, flowers, bunting and cute signs chalked on slate hearts and it looked gorgeous! We went for a walk around the cobbled streets to get some portraits and then headed back for the speeches - best by far came from Josh's younger brother Sam, who was his best man, not a dry eye in the room!
This beautiful pair are expecting their first child in a matter of days and I can't tell you how excited I am to meet Baby Page!
Mandy and Josh, thank you so so much for having me there with you and trusting me to capture your amazing day. I loved every second.
Lots of love
*Update! Little Bobby Page was born on 5th April - mummy and baby are perfect and healthy <3 xxx
