Breathtaking Lake District Wedding at New House Farm: Hannah and Ben's Unforgettable Mountainside Celebration

Oh my goodness, let's talk about a picture-perfect backdrop. New House Farm, nestled in the heart of the Lake District, is an idyllic venue for those dreaming of a relaxed wedding day surrounded by mountains and incredible views. What a place; the beauty of this location, set amidst stunning landscapes, is just breathtaking.

Having grown up exploring the Lake District's rugged beauty (thanks to my dad, the human mountain goat) I've always had a profound connection with this majestic region which I try to visit and explore as often as I can. So, when Hannah and Ben reached out about their wedding at New House Farm, my heart soared at the idea of combining my two great loves: photography and the great outdoors.

Hannah looked incredible in the most beautiful jumpsuit paired with a stunning flowing cape - she redefined bridal elegance. The way her cape caught in the breeze as Hannah walked through the mountains…perfection!

The day was filled with deeply personal vows (that had me sobbing), panoramic views, and the warmest, most welcoming group of people you could imagine. An evening game of rounders, with Hannah hitting the winning shot, added a playful touch to their perfect day.

The highlight? Sneaking away with Hannah and Ben during their meal in my little car for a little adventure to Crummock Water. The sun was setting, there wasn’t a soul around (except for the sheep) and it was just utterly perfect. It was, in every sense, a dream.

We ended the day with dancing and sparklers and it was just so very magical.
